Cherry Soda Studios and Frustum Virtual have teamed up to offer indy-friendly, green-screen virtual production for music videos, commercials, and socials.

Virtual Production doesn’t have to be bottlenecked or cost prohibitive. The tech has come a long way and can be simply implemented for the indy crowd.

What you see is what you get + the option to refine later.

We replace green with a virtual set live on the monitor as you roll, so you can make decisions on set.

You get clean keyed plates + camera tracking data so you can tweak in post later if you like.

WHAT'S THE DEAL?

Introductory Base Package

INCLUDES:

• Stage: Cherry Soda Studios pre-lit green screen stage + studio amenities.

• Camera: RED Helium 8K + 1 lens (model/lens confirmed at booking)

• Environment: 1 in-house optimized or client provided environment

• Crew: VP Supervisor + Stage Operator (lean 2-person team)

• Tech: Real-time keying, camera tracking, Unreal Engine environment

• Monitoring: Director’s monitor with live composite + instant playback

• Files: Same day UHD finalnpixel QuickTimes

• Plus (on request): clean keyed talent on alpha + camera/lens tracking data (for optional post)

ADD-ONS

Fees vary depending on creative specifics and needs.

Lighting Packages — add pre-lit looks or specialty fixtures; see gear list HERE.
Creative Direction — fees TBD per project scope (treatment, look dev, shot design)
Build from Stock Parts (Kitbash) — tiered per look (asset cost pass-through):
Basic: install + light a single marketplace scene
Enhanced: combine assets, set dress, relight

FAQ's

Is this an LED wall?

No. This is green-screen virtual production. The main difference is an LED wall will give you reflections and what you shoot is what you get. Sometimes, it’s your friend and sometimes the LED wall makes it harder and more expensive. With green, you get both the live final look and the option to take clean keys + tracking data for tweaks later.

Will I need VFX after?

Often no—many clients deliver straight from set. But with keys + tracking, you can refine later if you choose.

Can I move the camera?

Yes—tracking keeps the background in sync.

How do I choose an environment?

Send references; we’ll send options that look great and run smooth. Custom builds available.

What’s my prep?

Shot list, wardrobe guidelines, lens info. We handle tests and environment.

Do you have your own unreal artists or can I bring mine?

Yes and yes. Let’s talk it through.
