We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and PayPal. Checks made payable to Cherry Soda Studios. 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your shoot date. Balance due day of shoot unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Renter is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation or postponement. If notice of cancellation or postponement is given less than 48 hours before the start of the rental, the Renter will be charged 100% fee. Renter is allowed to change shoot date one time without additional deposit if no costs were incurred.

The Renter shall indemnify Cherry Soda Studios and Cherry Multimedia, Lee Cherry, and any representative thereof against any claims and damages, including reasonable counsel fees, arising from the Renter’s use of the facility and equipment. Renter must provide Cherry Soda Studios with a certificate of insurance Naming Cherry Soda Studios, Cherry Multimedia, LLC, as “Additional Insured” and “Loss Payee” under Renter’s Comprehensive General Liability Policy.
