Rental Terms & Conditions

By completing a booking you agree to the following terms.

• Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Booking Time All activities, including setup and breakdown, must take place within your reserved booking window. No pre-delivery of equipment, props, or materials is permitted unless arranged in writing in advance.
• Overtime Rental time ends promptly at the scheduled end time. Any time beyond the booked window will be billed at 1.5× the hourly rate and invoiced after the session. Please book as accurately as possible.
• Cancellations Cancellations 7+ days out receive a full refund. Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days forfeit the deposit unless rescheduled in writing. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless a rescheduled date has been agreed upon in writing. No-shows are non-refundable.
• Cleaning Normal wear and tear is expected. Large or unusual trash must be packed out. Any mess beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning fee. No glitter, confetti, pigments/Holi powder, sand, artificial snow, paint, food mess, or any hard-to-clean material without prior written approval. Unauthorized use results in a $250 cleaning fee plus 1.5× overtime cleaning.
• Studio Rules No smoking inside. Smoke outside with care. No illegal activity. Pets allowed with prior notice; must be walked off-site and cleaned up after. Loud music until 10pm weekdays / midnight Fri–Sat.
• Furniture & Equipment Nothing on the cyc without clearance. Lift, don't drag, heavy items. Furniture and artwork may be moved with permission only.
• Damage Renter is solely responsible for all damage occurring during rental.
• Conduct Company may stop any shoot and remove renter without refund for dangerous, illegal, or negligent activity.
• Lost & Left Behind Items Cherry Soda Studios is not responsible for items left on premises during or after your rental. We will make our best effort to locate and hold any items reported lost, but assume no liability for lost, stolen, or abandoned property.
• Insurance Businesses and production companies must provide a COI naming Cherry Soda Studios as additionally insured ($1M minimum) prior to rental.
• Liability By booking, renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cherry Soda Studios, Cherry Multimedia LLC, Lee Cherry, and any representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use of the space, equipment, crew, or activities.

Certificate of Insurance

Production companies, businesses, and any legal entity booking the studio must provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance prior to their rental date, naming Cherry Soda Studios as additionally insured. Minimum coverage: $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate.
