WE OFFER A SLIDING SCALE BASED ON TIME & CREW SIZE

1-5 people. $100/hr
6-10 people. $120/hr
11-15 people. $140/hr
16-20 people. $160/hr
20+ people $ case by case.

All rentals have an additional flat $100 cleaning fee regardless of size or time.

MINIMUM HOURS

We have a 4hr minimum on a last minute, per availability basis. Hit us up 48hrs beforehand. If it’s available, it’s all yours. If you need a specific date in the future and are wanting to secure the space, we require a minimum 8hr booking to hold the date. It’s a minimum rate thing, not an “hours” thing. Example: If you only need 4hrs but have to have a specific date 3 weeks from now, you must book at least 8hrs anyway.

Rules

Basic golden rule. Please treat the space as if it were yours.

No glitter, confetti, powder, or any hard to clean substances
No illegal activity
No smoking inside or on the patio. Please smoke in the parking lot and dispose of the butts, if any.
Although we provide cleaning with each rental, clients are still responsible for leaving the studio basically how they found it. Any unusual mess will result in additional charges. Thx!

Payment

WE ACCEPT ALL MODERN FORMS OF PAYMENT

100% PAYMENT DUE BEFORE DAY OF SHOOT UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE.

CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONMENTS

Renter is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation or postponement. If notice of cancellation or postponement is given less than 48 hours before the start of the rental, the Renter will be charged 100% fee. If notice of cancellation or postponement is given after the scheduled start of the rental, the Renter will be charged 100% fee. Renter is allowed to change shoot date one time without additional deposit if no costs were incurred.

Insurance

Renter must provide Cherry Soda Studios with a certificate of insurance
Naming Cherry Soda Studios, Cherry Multimedia, LLC, as “Additional Insured” and “Loss Payee” under Renter’s Comprehensive General Liability Policy.

Comprehensive general liability must be in an amount not less than:

$1,000,000/1,000,000 bodily injury liability $1,000,000 property damage liability
