Yes. Unused hours carry forward for up to 3 months after they're issued, after which they expire.

Each cleaning includes a full studio reset. Members pay $75/shoot — a $25 discount off the standard $100 rate. If your shoot doesn't need a reset, just let us know and we can skip it.

No. Cyc painting is only done when you need it — talking head shoot or no fresh background required, just say so and we'll skip it. If you don't specify, a cleaning and paint is applied automatically.

Yes — sessions have a 2-hour minimum. This keeps the space consistently clean and production-ready for everyone.

Yes — all productions require a certificate of insurance. You can use your own annual policy or purchase short-term coverage through Athos Insurance or Full Frame Insurance. Cherry Multimedia can also provide coverage if you hire us for production.

No. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared. Hours are tied to the individual or company that purchased the membership.
